Through organized and individual activities, students learn to set goals, develop the discipline required to meet them, and celebrate their achievements.

We incorporate physical activity starting in Early Childhood through physical education classes, swim instruction, and recess time on our rooftop playground. Team sports are introduced starting in 5th Grade, which provides opportunities for collaboration with students in Middle School. At the Junior Varsity and Varsity level, student athletes are expected to commit themselves to the team and to continued self-improvement. High School athletics include increased emphasis on physical conditioning, fundamental skills, strategy, and teamwork.
